Ransom & Stephens Hall, Kenyon College

Program:

Renovation of two buildings which serve as the administration offices for Kenyon College.  The project was in collaboration with Heapy Engineering, a mechanical engineering firm in Ohio.

Features:

• Updated mechanical systems
• Energy efficient window replacement
• Updated lighting systems
• Work involved the concealment of new HVAC improvements, which included the removal of window air conditioners, with new millwork matching the beautiful existing wood paneling and beamed ceilings
• Work involved landscaping elements and mechanical equipment placement to work with the existing campus Master Plan
